Everybody is welcome to visit this site, but if you would like to contribute to the conversation you need to join us.  You are welcome to join us, whoever you are and whatever you believe, as long as you are comfortable with our aims, share our values and are prepared to behave as expected when contributing your ideas or participating in a discussion.

We do not have any corporate sponsor or other group providing finance, so if it is to continue the members have to cover the cost of running this project.  We ask for a monthly donation of £5, although more would be welcome if you can afford it and think this project is worth supporting, and you can give just £1 if that is all you can afford.  If you want to contribute but genuinely cannot afford to participate, please let us know: we operate a bursary scheme to cover this situation.
